Very happy with continental. The inspection was completed quickly, the analysis was very thorough and Zak did a great job of walking us through the report and explaining his findings. Would absolutely use them again.

Zak prepared a detailed report after a 2.5 hour inspection. He carefully explained each item of merit as we walked around the house. He answered our questions professionally. We would recommend Continental Home Inspections.

Very thorough home inspection for our new construction home. Frank was great, would definitely recommend. Frank took the time to go through every issue he saw adding any areas of concern. Will be using them again in the future.

Fantastic inspection company! A one stop shop for all things inspection. They were very accommodating on a last minute schedule change and did a very thorough inspection of the property. I would highly recommend Continental Home Inspections and will definitely use them again!

Jim is a thorough professional. He explained the report to me in great detail highlighting issues of concern. He was super patient answering multiple questions I had at the time of inspection and after inspection. My realtor liked his report so much that he has added Jim to list of his recommended inspectors to prospective buyers. I also got radon and termite testing from Jim.

I can honestly say working with Jim was an absolute pleasure. He gave us a very clear and detailed description of the duties he performed during our home inspection. Jim really took his time to go over our report and to ensure that we understood the importance of getting a home inspection. We had a very positive experience with Jim and Continental Home Inspections. As first time home buyers the process can feel intimidating at times. With folks like Jim I wonder why I didn’t do this sooner! He was very thorough, broke things down simply and took the time to answer all of our questions.
