Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

Find out about any issues your home may have before you list it for sale with our Seller’s Inspection service. We will perform the same inspection we provide to buyers. This will give you the opportunity to find out about any problems that may stand in the way of getting a quick sale.

New Construction Inspection

Your newly constructed home may still have minor imperfections that need to be corrected. Therefore, we’ll go through the home and look for common construction shortcuts and any defects. We will alert you about these problems before you move in, thereby giving you time to get the issues corrected.

New Construction Phase Inspections

With our New Construction Phase Inspections service, we’ll stop by the property multiple times to check on the construction process. Any issues that are noticed will be brought to your attention immediately. This is a great way to make sure everything stays in line and on-time.

11-Month / Builder’s Warranty

When you buy a new home, you generally receive a 12-Month Builder’s Warranty. We suggest scheduling an inspection with us during the 11th month to make sure everything gets claimed. Remember, if you fail to do this, you’ll become responsible for the issue after the 12-month mark.

Get your home Re-Inspected before you take possession of it with this service. We will verify that everything on your home repair addendum was properly addressed. We’ll also make sure that nothing else has gone wrong since your last inspection.

Radon Testing

Radon is a killer, but it doesn’t take someone right away. Instead, this substance that can’t be heard, seen, smelled, or tasted will kill 21,000 people annually, but it could take decades before they die. Find out if there’s radon in your house with this test.

WDIR Reports with Homespectors Pest Control

Find out if there are termites hiding in your walls with this third-party service. We contract Homespectors Pest Control to come out and inspect your home. If there are any issues, they’ll be able to recommend what action you should take.

Is the well water on your property safe to drink? We’ll find out with this test! We’ll take water samples and ship them to a third-party lab. You’ll receive a report telling you about any potentially harmful pathogens.

Limited Air Quality / Mold Testing

Find out if the air quality inside your home is safe for your family with this Mold Test. We’ll check your house for any signs of mold, which can cause allergic reactions.
